## Your future responsibilities:
Host for guests and business partners
Responsible for the management of the hotel, including budget preparation and target achievement
Leading and developing employees, continuously improving workflows and processes
Implementing strategic company goals
Coordination and collaboration with outsourcing companies such as housekeeping and technical services
Evaluating guest feedback and implementing measures for the sustainable development of the hotel's offerings
### Your profile:
Completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry
Professional experience in a comparable role
Several years of front office experience
Passionate host and empathetic team leader
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
