What will your mission be?
You will perform local tasks within the Administration function in the business units. You will ensure the smooth operation and compliance with procedures within the business units, carrying out the tasks delegated by the Business Partner at the Operations Center.
What would your responsibilities be?
Financial Operations
Support the Business Partner or Business Controller in carrying out tasks related to the accounting close.
Internal Control and Regulatory Compliance
Actively collaborate in internal audits.
Managing the loyalty program.
Conducting cash counts.
Controlling system access.
Reconciling rooms with registered guests.
Payment Gateway Supervision
Cost Control
Perform cost control tasks that cannot be outsourced, such as:
Spot checks on inventory.
Food cost breakdowns.
Consumption analysis.
Supervision of third-party contracts.
Transaction Management
Execute administrative processes (payments, accounting, etc.) according to established standards, excluding those transferred to centralized services.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to optimize efficiency in the workplace.
