## Your future responsibilities:
Management of the hotel complex and its daily operations
Overall responsibility for the operating result, including quality control, product development, and sales activities
Providing excellent hospitality to guests and business partners
Preparing the annual budget and monitoring key financial indicators
Continuously optimizing workflows and processes
### Your profile:
Completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry
Professional experience in a comparable role
Passionate host and empathetic team leader
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Connection to the Harz region is desirable
