Your Responsibilities
Leading a small, family-run team
Responsibility for and organization of the reception department
Creating and monitoring work and vacation schedules, as well as training new reception staff
Ensuring and further developing our quality standards
Independently and supportively managing an early, mid, or late shift (no night shifts) with flexible scheduling
Your Profile
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Strong sense of quality and responsibility
Enjoyment of interacting with guests and colleagues from all over the world
