Location: Salzburg region
Setting: Alpine environment
Working hours: Full-time
Size: Approx. 70 rooms
Your future responsibilities:
Management of the operational and administrative processes of the entire F&B department
Leadership of the F&B team and responsibility for the proper onboarding and training of new employees and trainees, staff scheduling, and vacation planning in compliance with working time regulations
Responsibility for the efficient ordering of goods for the entire F&B department, cost-conscious use of all materials, monitoring of inventory, and daily accounting within your areas of responsibility
Maintaining warm and welcoming relationships with guests and addressing individual guest needs, handling complaints, and establishing and maintaining service standards for your areas of responsibility
Recording daily inventory requests and coordinating the stocktaking process Area of responsibility, quality control, and ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines
Your profile
Expertise and a strong sense of responsibility, passion for gastronomy
Hands-on mentality and experience in leading and motivating employees
Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, as well as enjoyment of interacting with people individually and working in a team
Very good German and English skills, as well as outstanding communication, organizational, and organizational skills
