Organizing and monitoring event operations – responsible for the smooth organization and execution of events
Managing the event, banquet, and catering department
Ensuring high guest satisfaction and handling guest complaints
Responsibility for accurate accounting and bookings in the point-of-sale system
Ensuring and monitoring adequate staffing levels. Scheduling and vacation planning
Team training and development
Your profile
Solid professional experience in banqueting
Experience in a management position
Organizational talent combined with a confident and professional demeanor
Guest- and service-oriented personality
Excellent German and English skills
