Your responsibilities
Leading the reception team in the absence of the Front Office Manager, a mix of operational and administrative tasks
Providing practical support to the team, check-in/check-out, taking reservations
Maintaining the online booking systems, managing the cash register with daily and monthly reconciliations, creating invoices
Conducting training sessions and meetings
Supporting staff and vacation planning for the entire department

A strong hospitality personality
Individual and creative appearance, cheerful and a calming presence when needed
Flexible, resilient, and ambitious
Excellent German and English skills
Electronic time tracking / Time off requests / Early shift planning
