Area Controller (m/f/d) in Winterberg
Location: Winterberg
Central location
Working hours: Full-time
Your future responsibilities:
Responsibility for the financial, administrative, and legal management of the German subsidiary, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer
Personnel management of the local finance and accounting department as well as the HR team
Responsibility for accounting, taxes, controlling, human resources, and contracts
Representation of the German subsidiary to external authorities and stakeholders
Monitoring all general HR matters and leading the nationwide implementation of the HR strategy
Your profile:
Solid knowledge of taxes and German law
Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience in Independent and professional preparation of local annual financial statements
Experience in leading and expanding a small team
Fluent German and English skills (absolutely essential)
Challenging tasks and a varied role with the opportunity to develop and grow in an international environment
28 vacation days (30 days after 2 years)
