In our Account Management department, you will proactively and comprehensively support our customers and travel agency partners.
You will be responsible for your own customer portfolio and ensure optimal use of our services as well as the strategic expansion of our product range.
You will actively strengthen customer loyalty and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with the Sales, IT, and Customer Service teams – together you will ensure smooth processes and strong results.
You will independently manage projects and contribute your ideas.

Experience-based compensation between €39,000 and €48,000 per year plus performance-related bonuses after successful completion of the probationary period
WHAT YOU BRING
Completed vocational training in the travel industry or comparable commercial training with relevant professional experience
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Travel Specialist or in a comparable position in a related industry
Ideally, experience with OBE systems
Negotiation skills, an independent and detail-oriented work style, and excellent communication skills
You are characterized by team spirit, personal responsibility, and resilience
Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs and a strong affinity for digital tools and new systems
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
