The Locks Bar and Restaurant
Wellington Restaurant
Balducci Restaurant in the Alstertal Shopping Center
Neumann's Bistro and Wine Bar, Grindelhof and Lange Reihe
We are currently seeking a Sous Chef (m/f/d) for our Neumann's Restaurant, starting immediately or by arrangement.
... Your tasks
Planning and execution of daily kitchen operations
Monitoring and managing purchasing and inventory
Creating and planning menus for à la carte dining
Managing staff and creating work schedules
Creating and planning menus for à la carte dining and events
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations
### Your profile
Training as a chef
Professional experience in comparable establishments

Quick comprehension
Team-oriented work style
Strong organizational and improvisational skills
