GOLVET - Fine Dining with Heart and Star
is looking for a Pastry Chef (m/f/d) starting February 1, Golvet opened in May , which is inspired by the seasons and the region we live in. Our cuisine, awarded one Michelin star and 16 Gault & Millau points, is complemented by a unique wine list and our 14-meter-long bar with over 500 spirits. Golvet is a casual fine dining restaurant in the heart of Berlin. Located on the 8th floor of the Loeser & Wolff building on Potsdamer Straße, Golvet occupies the former premises of the 40seconds Club and, with its open kitchen, can accommodate up to 65 guests in the evening and up to 250 guests for events and exclusive functions.

Completed apprenticeship as a pastry chef or cook
Several years of professional experience in fine dining, catering, or banqueting
Passion for pastry and baking, as well as a strong sense of quality and creativity
Enthusiasm for event catering and a passion for appealing, high-quality presentation
Structured, meticulous work ethic and teamwork skills, even in busy service situations
Your Responsibilities
Preparation and refinement of high-quality desserts, tarts, and cakes to a consistently high standard
Active participation in the concept and idea development of our pastry offerings
Careful preparation, attractive presentation, and meticulous finishing of all sweets
Ensuring and adherence to the highest quality, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Team-oriented collaboration with the kitchen at events and in daily service
