For our Wellington Restaurant in Hamburg-Wellingsbüttel, we are seeking a Sous Chef (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement, on a full-time basis.

Planning and execution of daily kitchen operations
Monitoring and managing purchasing and inventory
Creating and planning à la carte and banquet menus
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations
