Opened in May 2017, the GOLVET restaurant quickly became one of Berlin's most renowned gourmet restaurants and was awarded its first Michelin star and 16 Gault&Millau points after just six months.

Preparation & Presentation – Precise and creative preparation and presentation of dishes at a Michelin-starred level
Responsibility – Independent management of your assigned station in the kitchen, including ensuring smooth operations
Participation – Active involvement in menu planning and the development of innovative dishes and new creations
Organization – Professional ordering, receipt, and care of goods, adhering to the highest quality standards
Guidance – Support, mentoring, and professional guidance of trainees and new team members
Hygiene & Quality Assurance – Compliance with all hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP and our restaurant's guidelines
What you bring to the table
Professional Foundation – Completed apprenticeship as a chef, ideally supplemented by additional qualifications or further training
Experience – Professional experience in upscale gastronomy, preferably in Michelin-starred or fine-dining establishments
Passion – Enthusiasm for excellent products, meticulous craftsmanship, and the highest culinary quality
Personality – Creativity, a strong awareness of quality, and an eye for detail Details
