Payroll officer | Deerlijk | permanent contract

Will you ensure smooth payroll administration and keep your colleagues smiling?

What will you do?
You ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, in collaboration with our payroll service provider.
You manage employment conditions, contracts, and personnel files meticulously.
You support store, logistics, and head office managers with HR questions.
You assist shop managers with their workforce planning. You will provide advice on social legislation (vacation, parental leave, etc.).
You will coordinate the scheduling and follow-up of student workers and interim staff.
You will actively contribute to improving our HR processes.
You will stay informed about social legislation and share your knowledge with the team.
You will join a close-knit HR team of four colleagues and report to the HR Manager. You will have a varied role in an organization where people are central.
Profile
Who are you?
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, social law, or personnel management.
You have experience with payroll and social legislation.
You work accurately and think analytically.
You are a team player with a service-oriented attitude.
You are fluent in Dutch and French.
You handle confidential information discreetly.
You are familiar with Excel and Word.
You have a broad interest in HR and are eager to continue learning.
