At Het Poetsbureau, I'm looking for a consultant for the Ghent and Zottegem offices.
Your duties and responsibilities as a consultant:
- Selecting, recruiting, and supervising domestic workers
- Actively participating in job fairs and events
- Matching domestic workers with client assignments
- Initiating new domestic workers
- Conducting performance reviews and evaluations
- Scheduling and monitoring training programs
- Monitoring performance
- Entering client data into the database
- Creating schedules for domestic workers
- Searching for new clients
Profile
Who are we looking for?
- You can travel to Zottegem for 3 days and Ghent for 2 days
- You have strong administrative skills and enjoy a varied range of tasks
- You have commercial skills
- You enjoy solving puzzles and organizing until the perfect schedule is created
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English
