Part-time recruiter

You will be working at the Roeselare branch.
For a company in Roeselare, we are looking for a part-time recruiter (16-20 hours) to support their Belgian division.
Your New Challenge
Are you a true people spotter with a knack for spotting talent? With your commercial acumen, interpersonal skills, and perseverance, you will be able to attract new colleagues for the Sales and Contact Center departments (Dutch- and French-speaking profiles).
### Your responsibilities include:
Creating attractive job offers and utilizing suitable recruitment channels.
Actively searching for suitable candidates.
Collaborating closely with staffing partners to recruit the right profiles.
Screening applications, conducting initial interviews, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Developing initiatives to raise the company's profile on social media and other channels.
Working closely with the division manager and HR manager, and providing weekly updates and reports.

Several years of experience recruiting commercial profiles.
Genuine interest in candidates and an eye for talent.
Results-oriented and flexible.
Bachelor's degree and fluent, persuasive communication in Dutch and French.
Available for a part-time position of 16-20 hours.
