Part-time recruiter

You will be working at the Roeselare branch.
Your New Challenge
Your responsibilities include:
Creating attractive job offers and utilizing suitable recruitment channels.
Actively searching for suitable candidates.
Collaborating closely with staffing partners to recruit the right profiles.
Screening applications, conducting initial interviews, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Working closely with the division manager and HR manager, and providing weekly updates and reports.
Profile
Who they're looking for:
Several years of experience recruiting commercial profiles.
Genuine interest in candidates and an eye for talent.
Results-oriented and flexible.
Bachelor's degree and fluent, persuasive communication in Dutch and French.
Available for a part-time position of 16-20 hours.
