Organizing and monitoring personnel administration, including staffing, assignments, and contracts.
Administratively monitoring absences and leave arrangements, including illness, thematic leave, and reintegration.
Preparing and communicating regarding statutory procedures such as vacancies, TADD (Tax for Disabled Personnel), and permanent appointments.
Monitoring personnel wage costs and operating resources, and providing summary tables and reports.
Annual administration (including commuting, bicycle leasing, Belcotax, expense reports).
Participating in consultations with the business team and supporting management on personnel-related matters.
Actively contributing to process and policy optimizations.

### Profile

· Bachelor's degree, or equivalent through experience.
· Clear criminal record (model 596-2).
