This is what your job looks like
“Every day is different. But I always get satisfaction from the job,” says Arzu, payroll customer advisor. What does a typical day look like?
You ensure that payroll calculations are performed on time and correctly. Other operational tasks – collaborating with external partners, requesting reports, and updating client files – also fall under your reliable supervision.
With around ten client visits per year, you proactively assess where you can provide support. Is the client looking for an HR software package? Is the prevention and well-being policy up to par? The client trusts you because you guide them where necessary.
Good to know: on your first day, we'll give you a warm welcome and you'll get started with start@payroll. Our training program in which you'll receive three months of guidance. This will put you firmly in your shoes, ready to grow as a payroll customer advisor.
Profile
Do you recognize yourself in this?
Preferably, you have a bachelor's or master's degree. Already have some relevant work experience under your belt? Bonus points. But most importantly for us: your drive to go for it.
Social security law, employment law, and general social legislation? That's your area of expertise. Even more: you'll sink your teeth into it. And thus always stay up-to-date.
