No two days are the same; you will be both a sparring partner for clients and a trusted advisor for candidates:
Talent Spotter: You actively seek out strong profiles, conduct screenings, and build lasting relationships.
Matchmaker: You have a perfect sense of who fits where and guide both clients and candidates throughout the entire selection process.
Commercial Talent: You maintain and expand your client portfolio. You convince new companies of our added value and deepen relationships with existing clients.
Strategic Advisor: You collaborate with organizations, propose recruitment strategies, and translate their needs into concrete solutions.
Profile
You have a Bachelor's degree.
Experience is a plus, but drive, motivation, and commercial flair are just as important.
You are a strong communicator and feel at home networking and negotiating.
You are someone who enjoys taking ownership and prioritizes team spirit.
