Job Description

- **Finding Candidates**: You actively search for talent and select the best matches for our clients' vacancies.
- **Conducting Interviews**: You conduct in-depth conversations with candidates, both in the office and online, ensuring you understand them well.
- **Making the Match**: You consider not only the current vacancy, but also the long-term future and the growth of your candidates.
- **Onboarding Your Candidate**: You ensure a smooth onboarding of your candidate with the client and carefully follow up to ensure the continued success of the collaboration.
Profile
- We are looking for a (Senior) Recruiter with the right commercial mindset and a go-getter attitude. Someone who can connect the candidate with the right vacancy.
You understand the day-to-day operations and ensure effective follow-up.
Your motivation for this job is crucial! You're truly committed to it. We're open to a trial day so you can make the right choice.
You're driven and have a commercial flair.

Offer
- Permanent contract upon start
- A salary commensurate with experience
- Flat-rate expense allowance (depending on your position)
