Transport Coordinator

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily organization and follow-up of transports based on placed orders. The focus is on accurate planning and processing of trips, coordination with drivers and partners, and ensuring the smooth running of the logistics flow.
Responsibilities
Daily organization of transports (5 internal drivers + external partners)
Coordinating with drivers and external carriers for next-day trips
Ensuring that the necessary documentation for the carriers is available on time
Following up on shortages and communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
Flexible adjustments based on changes in the schedule
Monitoring invoices from external carriers, driving and rest times, truck washes, etc.
Scheduling return shipments and occasional pickups from suppliers
Profile
You have experience in a transport-related administrative role.
You work in a structured and accurate manner and are comfortable with administrative follow-up.
You can respond to schedule changes.
You communicate effectively with drivers, colleagues, and external partners.
You are proficient in Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
