Transportation Operators | NED FR ENG | Logistics Operator

The transport primarily originates from France and the United Kingdom.
In this role, you will be responsible for the commercial and administrative follow-up of our transport customers.
> You will process transport orders in our software system and create corresponding customer files. > You will ensure accurate price transfers to customers and respond to price requests by email or telephone.
> You will schedule and confirm loading and unloading appointments with customers and follow up on them closely. > You will handle complaints (such as delays) and provide customers with clear feedback or solutions.
> You will monitor the management of empties, particularly Euro pallets, and ensure their return to the customer. You are responsible for the administrative handling of complaints and collect all relevant information for processing in the software system and forwarding to accounting. You handle customer inquiries regarding invoicing and ensure proper follow-up internally. You register new customers in the system and maintain accurate records.
Profile
Your profile:
You have insight into commercial processes and customer-focused communication. You have a good knowledge of the transport sector and monitor market developments.
You are familiar with the properties of various goods and know how to handle them within logistics processes.
You work accurately and in a structured manner, even under time pressure.
You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
You speak and write fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and English.
