International Transport Planner - German knowledge

For a stable and growing transport organization, we are looking for an experienced Transport Planner who can immediately join our team and help manage a busy schedule. You will join a professional team where collaboration and responsibility are key.
Your Role:
As a Transport Planner, you are not just a helper, but a fully-fledged planner who actively contributes ideas and contributes to daily operations. You will be responsible for:
Complete driver scheduling (approximately 65 drivers)
International trips, primarily groupage shipments to Germany and Austria
An average of 5 to 6 delivery addresses per trip
Return trips with 2 to 4 collections
Various palletized goods
Operational management of drivers and follow-up of trips
Reacting quickly to changes, problems, or last-minute adjustments
Close collaboration with two other planners within the team
Working Hours
Start between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM and work until approximately 7:00 PM
Busiest times are from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM; finishing earlier is not an option
Profile
Relevant experience as a transport planner or dispatcher
Good knowledge of German (understanding and being able to communicate is essential)
You feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment, especially in the late afternoon
You are flexible with your working hours and understands that transport isn't a 9-to-5 job.
