Your tasks:
You represent Deutsche Bahn at the station and ensure customer satisfaction.
Managing passenger flow within the station, as well as to/from the bus (bus stop).
Assisting passengers with loading bicycles, strollers, and luggage.
Providing assistance with boarding and alighting as needed.
You also assist passengers with reduced mobility on the platform.
Informing and assisting passengers and bicycle customers at/on the station/platform.
Your profile: Completed vocational training in a service-oriented profession, such as... For example, training in retail, hairdressing, or as a specialist in system catering
Experience in the service industry and in dealing with customers
Nothing works at the train station without our employees – at any time: You should therefore be willing to work shifts (nights, weekends, and holidays)
A confident and friendly demeanor, attentiveness, customer focus, a well-groomed appearance, and good manners are essential
Good German skills; English skills are desirable
