Of course, you'll receive a regular salary from the start. We are looking for temporary workers to start as soon as possible on behalf of DB Vertrieb GmbH in Aachern, Rastatt, Kehl, Lahr, Hausach, and possibly Freudenstadt. As a temporary worker, you will perform your work directly on-site in the aforementioned business area, while your employment contract is with us, DB Zeitarbeit. You are responsible for providing customer-oriented advice, booking, and selling DB and partner offers.
You conduct customer interactions in accordance with established sales standards and quality standards.
You also receive and independently handle customer suggestions, complaints, and grievances, and make decisions regarding goodwill gestures and fare refunds.
You proactively advise customers on using digital apps and ticket machines.
You independently stay informed about new developments through company media and available learning programs.

### Your profile
You have completed vocational training, e.g., as a train attendant, train service assistant, or similar. For example, as a commercial clerk for transport services, or comparable knowledge gained through relevant professional experience in sales or distribution.
You also have good German skills – English skills are desirable. Good knowledge of transport geography and a strong customer- and service-oriented approach – even in challenging situations – are among your strengths. We can't operate without travel consultants – at any time – so you should be willing to work shifts (nights, weekends, and holidays). A high degree of initiative, the ability to work independently combined with high flexibility, and strong teamwork skills complete your profile.
