We are currently seeking a temporary employee on behalf of DB InfraGO AG for a position as a passenger service employee in mobile service (m/f/d) in Braunschweig. As a temporary worker, you will perform your work in the aforementioned business area, while your employment contract is with us, DB Zeitarbeit GmbH.
... Your tasks
In your role, you are the contact person for information on track changes, disruptions to operations, train cancellations, missed connections, and travel alternatives.
You will provide information to passengers via relevant information systems and media.
You will also assist passengers with reduced mobility on the platform and provide first aid when necessary.
You will issue passenger documents and check posted timetables and posters for accuracy and condition.
As a trusted customer contact, you will also accept lost and found items.
You will represent Deutsche Bahn at the service point (DB Information), in the mobile service at the station, and on the platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction.

### Your profile
Completed vocational training in a service-oriented profession, e.g., as a sales assistant, in the hospitality industry, or in a commercial field.
### Experience in the service industry and in dealing with customers.
You are characterized by a confident and friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and customer focus.
You You are willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
To represent the company at the train station, a uniform and professional appearance is important – therefore, you should be prepared to wear company clothing.
Good German skills are required; English skills are desirable.
