Project Manager Personal Assistance Lund

Monument Assistans provides personal assistance with a focus on care, quality and individualized support. We are now looking for someone who wants to join us and make a difference in the role of project manager.
In this role, you are responsible for creating security and quality for both customers and staff. We work exclusively with customized solutions for our customers, so you must be proactive, curious and have the ability to see solutions outside the box. The tasks are varied and include, among other things:
Customer responsibility - ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction
Personnel responsibility - leading, supporting and developing the team
Budget responsibility and follow-up
Administration and reporting
You work independently with support from our head office in Lund. The position may involve travel, sometimes with overnight stays, and gives you great opportunities to influence your own work situation and develop as a leader.
About you
We are looking for someone who is secure in the role of manager, takes initiative and wants to contribute to the growth of our business.
You have:
Experience from personal assistance and knowledge of LSS and operational activities
Ability to make independent decisions and work in a structured manner
Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
An open, curious and communicative manner
We also value personal qualities such as: loyalty, honesty, humility and humor. You enjoy marketing the business and building relationships with customers and networks.
