Student Trainee Exhibitions & Events (m/f/d)
The Exhibitions & Events division is seeking a student trainee to start as soon as possible at its Ulm location.
Your tasks:
Supporting project management and event organization
General ordering via Coupa
Ordering/printing name badges
Badge registration at trade fairs
Distributing roll-up banners, etc., at small on-site events
Supporting with questions regarding the Staffplanner registration tool (completing documents)
Assisting with travel bookings
Creating delivery notes
Creating material numbers (SAP access required)
Updating datasheets in SharePoint
Maintaining the Bynder image library
Creating and updating deployment lists in Excel – partially entering data
Coordinating mockup repairs
Coordinating deliveries from suppliers, collecting all relevant information and distributing returns
Inviting participants to events. Website maintenance, landing pages, and content
Support social media posts, writing copy
Order and coordinate promotional items via COUPA
Pack and prepare event materials
Translate datasheets
Coordinate the printing of various materials

Your Profile
Studying Business Administration or a comparable qualification; advanced in your studies (near graduation) is desirable
Professional experience in marketing is desirable
Knowledge of process management is an advantage
Initial experience in requirements management is desirable
Good basic understanding of business administration
Affinity for marketing/trade fair planning is desirable
Very good MS Office skills
Very good written and spoken German
