As Service Manager, you are the heart of our restaurant, a team player, and responsible for leading our service team. With your passion for gastronomy and leadership, you ensure that our service runs smoothly – and that our guests leave with a smile.
... Your responsibilities:
Leading, training, and motivating the service team
Embracing the role of host, ensuring every guest feels welcome and at home
Creating shift schedules, adding new employees, and maintaining an overview in the personnel tool for the à la carte service and the banquet/event area
Participating in event planning
Assisting with service
Responsibility for accurate billing

Your profile:
Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification or experience in the hospitality industry
Positive, engaging personality and embodiment of the host role
Natural authority as a foundation for team leadership
Sense of responsibility, commitment, teamwork, and organizational skills
Excellent German skills and a well-groomed appearance
