Introduction

Your Tasks
As an Account Manager for Audiovisual Solutions, you are the strategic sparring partner for your clients. You delve into their context, ask the right questions, and translate their ambitions into concrete, future-oriented solutions. You actively build lasting relationships and know how to combine commercial opportunities with genuine customer focus.
You stand alongside your clients and guide them in their growth trajectories. In concrete terms, this means that you:
Analyze the market, identify accounts, and develop strategic account plans;
Approach new clients and give presentations, focusing on their challenges and objectives;
Develop existing relationships by proactively brainstorming and identifying opportunities; Uncovers true customer needs and translates them into customized solutions;
Translates market trends and technological developments into valuable advice;
Serves as the link between customers and internal teams involved in AV and IT solutions;
Prepares, monitors, and guides quotes and contracts in a transparent process;
You work on long-term collaborations and strategic partnerships.
Your Profile
You combine commercial flair with a genuine interest in people and technology.
You have experience as an Account Manager in AV or IT solutions, or in a similar sales role;
You enjoy asking open and insightful questions to get to the heart of the customer's needs;
You are commercially driven, yet always solution- and people-oriented;
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are not easily discouraged;
You communicate fluently, professionally, and authentically.
