Introduction
Your Responsibilities
As the true conductor of the order-to-delivery chain, you will:
Lead and develop the Customer Service team by fostering a strong team spirit, cooperation, and collective commitment.
Lead the team on a daily basis in an atmosphere of trust, mutual support, and empowerment.
Set priorities, ensure collective performance, and guarantee adherence to SLAs and customer objectives.
Ensure the accuracy of customer data and commercial terms in the ERP system.
Manage and track orders until their complete and on-time delivery.
Coordinate delivery planning with the Supply Chain and proactively inform customers.
Ensure the accuracy of documents and invoices, and secure proof of delivery.
Track payments and manage delays in collaboration with the Finance and Legal teams.
Encourage the sharing of best practices and continuous process improvement within the team.
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business with 4 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service.
Comfortable in an international environment and managing complex processes.
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
Proficient in ERP tools, Excel, and logistics processes.
Fluent in French/Dutch and good level of English.
