As part of further growth, our client is looking for two Key Account Managers:
one for baby food
one for breakfast cereals
In this role, you will have the opportunity to strategically build strong categories and long-term customer relationships. You will join a dynamic and professional work environment with ample development and growth opportunities, both short-term and long-term.
### Your Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and further expanding strategic accounts within your category.
### Your Responsibilities:
Developing and monitoring a commercial account strategy that contributes to revenue growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships.
Translating business objectives into clear action plans for each customer and monitoring their progress. Optimizing collaboration with clients through regular follow-up, clear communication, and a results-oriented approach.
Actively developing a client network, collaborating with various contacts and decision-makers at multiple levels.
Achieving agreed commercial objectives and closely monitoring performance based on KPIs.
Identifying market trends and new business opportunities, including new channels and forms of collaboration.
Working in accordance with internal guidelines, commercial agreements, and applicable laws and regulations.
### Your Profile
Our client is looking for someone who recognizes themselves in the following:
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Holds a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Management; a master's degree is a plus.
Relevant experience in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Category Development, preferably within FMCG, retail, or distribution.
### Experience negotiating with larger retailers.
Strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and a creative, entrepreneurial mindset are required. Proactive in expanding existing clients and projects, with a focus on new opportunities such as hard discount and e-commerce.
