On-call substitute Canteen
The kitchen at Marker Bo- og Servicesenter (MBSS) strives to be up-to-date on modern kitchen operations, and at the same time to have rational preparation of good quality food, according to existing requirements.
We are a cozy kitchen that prepares homemade, good food for approx. 100 people every day. The canteen, where spreads, salad, pastries and drinks are served, is a meeting place for the municipality's employees and residents.
 
 
Production and presentation of food in the canteen
Follow current rules and routines regarding food safety (HSE)
Customer service
Receive, register and replenish goods
Dish washing and daily cleaning of the canteen
Collaborate with the departments at MBSS
Be the face of the kitchen
 
You must be                                         
motivated by creating good food experiences
be flexible, adaptable, have an overview, and help where needed
thrive in a hectic everyday life, and tolerate physically demanding work
be independent
have good collaboration skills
have a good mood and be able to contribute to a good working environment in a small team
be honest and reliable
 
It is an advantage if you
have experience from a canteen/kitchen
have knowledge of IK food
have good Norwegian oral and written communication skills
