Are you our new team member, ready to support us as a receptionist, starting immediately or by arrangement?
### Your responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth operations at reception
Welcoming, assisting, and bidding farewell to hotel guests
Processing and fulfilling guest requests
Checking in and out hotel guests
Operating the telephone and information center
Receiving and processing incoming reservations
Providing professional complaint management
Preparing and processing daily closing reports
Maintaining booking channels
Completing various administrative tasks
Adhering to and implementing Sorell Standards, hygiene, and occupational safety guidelines
Ensuring the utmost care in handling food, consumables, equipment, and machinery with the aim of protecting the environment and promoting sustainability
You will work 5 days a week (Mon-Sun) in various shifts on a full-time basis.
## Your strengths:
Completed hotel management apprenticeship (EFZ)
Good IT skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and hotel reservation systems
Excellent spoken and written German and English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
