Applying basic kitchen techniques
Processing and preparing meat and fish
Preparing plant-based foods
Making sweets and desserts
Receiving and storing goods
Ensuring smooth goods flow and calculating costs and prices
Interacting with guests
Managing kitchen administration processes
Creating menus
