Cleaning of the grounds and general maintenance (roofs, walkways, parking lots).
Maintaining and verifying the functionality of all mechanical and electrical systems – heating system and its associated systems and controls, as well as ventilation, air conditioning, and their controls.
All lighting.
Audio/visual equipment.
Telephone/IT systems.
What we are looking for:
You have high motivation and the ability to inspire the team.
Enjoyment of interacting with guests.
Enjoyment of teamwork.
Flexibility and resilience.
You speak fluent German.
A basic electrical engineering certificate is desirable. Not a requirement
