Daily inspection of all areas of the hotel, including the back office and public areas, and subsequent execution of repairs as needed.
Cleaning of the grounds and general maintenance (roofs, walkways, parking lots).
Ensuring compliance with Meliá Hotels International Standards in the area of maintenance.
Maintaining and verifying the functionality of all mechanical and electrical systems – heating system and its associated systems and controls, as well as ventilation, air conditioning, and their controls.
All lighting.
Audio/visual equipment.
Telephone/IT systems.
Hotel furnishings, furniture, TVs.
Energy cost management and optimization. Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations to ensure safe and healthy working conditions. Compliance with fire safety guidelines to ensure safe hotel operations.

You have high motivation and the ability to inspire the team.

You speak fluent German.
A basic electrical engineering certificate is desirable. Not a requirement
