Your responsibilities:
• Innovation and creativity: Together with our kitchen team, you will develop dishes that embody our concept. You will contribute fresh ideas and help us continuously improve our menu.
• Team leadership and development: You will support our Head Chef in leading our team. You will foster the development of each individual and ensure that our team remains motivated and consistently delivers top performance.
• Quality assurance: You will monitor compliance with the highest standards in the preparation of our dishes and in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Our guests' satisfaction is always your top priority.
• Efficiency: Together with the head chef, you will ensure efficient inventory management and cost control without compromising the quality of our dishes.
• Diverse range of tasks: You will be involved in all aspects of kitchen work – from planning and preparing breakfast to creating banquets, à la carte menus, and innovative bar snacks.
