... Your responsibilities:
Preparation and follow-up of events, including placing orders, checking supplies, and preparing menus and seating plans
Welcoming, attending to, and bidding farewell to our guests
Advising on food and beverage offerings
Supporting service staff in the daily operations of THE VIEW bar or the VEN restaurant
Creating staff schedules
Training and instructing apprentices, new employees, and temporary staff
Preparing invoices and daily reports
Your profile:
Initial management experience
Experience in event management is an advantage
Hospitality mindset
Strong communication skills and foreign language skills, including English and Spanish
Enjoyment of interacting with guests
Organizational talent and the ability to work independently
Good manners
Flexibility and team spirit
