## What you can expect as a Front Office Agent:
You are a true host at heart and ensure that guests feel comfortable during check-in and check-out, and throughout their entire stay. Here, every guest receives personal and individual attention.
Because you are a meticulous person, your responsibilities also include monitoring and managing the hotel's cash register.
By implementing upselling and cross-selling strategies, you make a significant contribution to the company's success – and can generate additional income for yourself.
You ensure that our trainees, temporary staff, and interns receive professional training to guarantee excellent service.
### What we are looking for:
You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry, possess an equivalent qualification, and/or have relevant professional experience.
Working independently and responsibly is no problem for you.
You are fluent in English.
A warm and positive demeanor, as well as a well-groomed appearance, are a given for you.
