What you can expect as a Front Office Agent:
You are a true host at heart and ensure that guests feel comfortable during check-in and check-out, and throughout their entire stay. Here, every guest receives personal and individual attention.
You ensure that our trainees, temporary staff, and interns receive professional training to guarantee excellent service.
What we are looking for:
Working independently and responsibly is no problem for you.
You are fluent in English.
A warm and positive demeanor, as well as a well-groomed appearance, are a given for you.
