### Your responsibilities:
Greet our international guests with a warm smile.
Check in & check out using the Opera Cloud hotel system.
Be the point of contact for our guests' needs.
Invoicing and cash reconciliation during your shift.
### Your profile:
Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or experience in a similar position.
Hospitality mindset.
Independent and responsible work ethic.
Team spirit & flexibility.
Willingness to work shifts (day and/or night shifts).
Good German and English skills; Spanish skills are an advantage.
### Experience with MS Office programs and Opera is an advantage.
