To support our entire Food & Beverage department, we are looking for an F&B trainee who, in addition to operational duties, will have the opportunity to gain insights into the F&B management tasks of a 5-star luxury resort. If you are interested in controlling, personnel management, and project work, then we are looking for you!
## YOUR TASKS
Supporting the F&B department managers in the restaurants and F&B departments
Supporting all F&B outlets
Assisting with events (conferences, events, celebrations)
Providing professional and appropriate guidance to employees
Organizing job-specific training for employees and trainees
Taking on specific projects
## WHAT YOU BRING
Completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry
A strong service orientation and a high level of quality awareness
Flexibility, reliability, and loyalty
A friendly personality and a well-groomed appearance
Good German skills
Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
