RESTAURANT MANAGER (Seasonal or Year-Round)
Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
You will provide professional yet warm service to our guests.
You will advise our guests on culinary matters and actively participate in the service team.
You will be responsible for managing and cost-effectively scheduling restaurant staff.
You will handle complaints professionally.
You will be responsible for training new employees and ensuring the quality of all service processes.
You will be responsible for creating staff schedules and recording hours worked.
You will be responsible for the accurate accounting of all head waiters and cashiers.
You will occasionally check and accept deliveries (in the absence of the F&B Manager) and ensure proper storage.
You will monitor and perform beverage refills.
You will be responsible for quality assurance and continuous improvement.

You enjoy working in a team and are helpful
You are open to new challenges and willing to continuously develop your skills
You have sommelier training (desirable)
You have good German and English skills
