The Central is looking for fine people
In the Ötztal Valley, we say "Feine Leite" (fine people) when we've found the best. And that's exactly who we're looking for! We are a 5-star hotel; always innovative, but never pretentious. The Central belongs to the Sölden ski lift company and is managed by hostess Angelika Falkner and hotel director Michael Waschl. The Central has been one of the pioneering businesses in Sölden since 1969: The hotel is firmly rooted in the community and always aims high – ideally with you!

Your tasks: You can do this! Arrival and departure management for guests
## Preparing arrivals: room keys, vouchers, etc.
Guest services and information, as well as general information provision
Correspondence and communication: email correspondence, guest correspondence, telephone service, etc.
Creating menus, morning newsletters, and activity programs; issuing Ötztal Inside Cards and ski passes, etc.
Concierge duties: organizing transfers, tickets, ski lessons, table reservations, etc.

## Our requirements: What you have!
Completed apprenticeship in hospitality management or higher education
Professional experience
Very good MS Office skills
### Experience with Protel is an advantage
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken – additional languages are an advantage
Well-groomed and friendly appearance
Structured and meticulous work style
Multitasking skills
