Your tasks: You can do this! Arrival and departure management for guests
Preparing arrivals: room keys, vouchers, etc.
Guest services and information, as well as general information provision
Correspondence and communication: email correspondence, guest correspondence, telephone service, etc.
Creating menus, morning newsletters, and activity programs; issuing Ötztal Inside Cards and ski passes, etc.
Concierge duties: organizing transfers, tickets, ski lessons, table reservations, etc.

Our requirements: What you have!
Completed apprenticeship in hospitality management or higher education
Professional experience
Very good MS Office skills
Experience with Protel is an advantage
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken – additional languages are an advantage
Well-groomed and friendly appearance
Structured and meticulous work style
Multitasking skills
