Your responsibilities as a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) at the Klosterhof
Independent management of a station in the GenussArt restaurant
Ensuring a high-quality service experience – also at events
Collaboration with our sommelier on wine and beverage recommendations
Guidance and support of a Commis de Rang and new team members
Participation in the training of our apprentices
Preparation of mise en place and structured service procedures
Participation in special events and culinary events
Processing and billing via our digital POS system
Profile
What you bring
Experience in upscale service, ideally as a Chef de Rang
Passion for hospitality and quality service
Wine knowledge or interest in beverage culture is an advantage
Structured work style, sense of responsibility & team spirit
Very good German and good English skills
