... Your responsibilities:
Providing professional service to our guests in the CABANA BAR and the SYNDEO Restaurant
Conducting sales conversations and offering expert advice to guests
Being able to provide information about the food and beverage menus, including the correct preparation and serving of coffee specialties and drinks
Preparing invoices and daily closing reports
Performing daily mise en place, including setup and follow-up tasks such as polishing cutlery, cleaning, and refilling condiments
Constantly monitoring cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant while ensuring compliance with hygiene standards
Your profile:
Good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
