In the heart of Dresden, just steps from the Frauenkirche, we are looking for a charismatic individual to join us as an Assistant Bar Supervisor (m/f/d) who will passionately, stylishly, and creatively create exceptional moments of enjoyment.
... Your responsibilities:
Providing professional service to our guests in the TWIST Bar or VEN Patio, adhering to internal standards
Preparing and independently managing a station in the Twist Bar or VEN Patio, including preparing invoices and daily summaries
Training, mentoring, and supporting apprentices, service staff, and temporary workers
Creating work schedules
Conducting sales conversations and providing expert advice to guests
Being able to answer questions regarding food and beverage menus
Performing daily mise en place and cleanup
Setting an example in service and customer care while maintaining a high level of respect and professionalism
Ensuring a flawless and professional appearance
