Implementation of the kitchen concept according to company guidelines
Adherence to hotel-specific standards and hygiene regulations
Preparation of dishes according to the menu (à la carte)
Good cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
Production and preparation of fresh dishes
Contribution of new ideas for the weekly menu planning
### Profile
Ideally, you have professional experience in this position
High quality awareness with an eye for detail
High awareness of cleanliness
Fluent German or English skills
Competent and team-oriented personality
Independent and meticulous work ethic
We offer
Seasonal employment by arrangement, December to April Gross salary starting at €2,800 - higher pay depending on qualifications
5 days | 40 hours per week
