Your Responsibilities

Then this position is for you! As Facility Coordinator, you play a key role in the day-to-day management of our facility services and ensure a pleasant, safe, and well-organized working environment for our site in the heart of Brussels.
Facility Requests: You support the FM Manager and handle facility-related requests carefully and efficiently. You ensure high-quality follow-up and seamless service.
Team: You lead the Cleaning team. You motivate and coach them to deliver a high-quality service together. You are also a true team player for your direct colleagues.
Reporting & Management: You are responsible for daily administration: scheduling, invoicing, and orders. You are comfortable using IT tools and maintain a clear overview.
Safety First: You adopt a zero-risk mindset and take no risks regarding safety—neither for yourself nor for your colleagues.
Your Profile
You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in a similar role.
You have an analytical mind, are organized, and can prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. You are customer-focused and highly value customer service. Leading people comes naturally to you. Your enthusiasm and clear communication style make you a valued leader. You are hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and safety.
You have a good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
