... Your tasks:
Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic mixed drinks
Participating in the creation of new cocktails
Providing professional service to our guests in the CABANA BAR and the SYNDEO Restaurant Lounge
Conducting sales conversations and offering expert advice to guests
Being able to provide information regarding food and beverage menus, including the correct preparation and serving of coffee specialties and drinks
Preparing invoices and daily reports
Performing daily mise en place, including setting up and stocking the bar, as well as follow-up tasks such as polishing cutlery, cleaning, and refilling condiments
Constantly monitoring cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, bar, and banquet rooms, while consistently adhering to and ensuring hygiene standards
Your profile:
Good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
