As a Chef de Rang (m/f/d), you are a host with a comprehensive overview – you manage your station with heart, reliability, and a flair for special moments. You ensure that our guests not only feel well cared for, but truly welcome – with attentiveness, expertise, and genuine enthusiasm for service.
You make sure our guests feel not only well looked after, but truly welcome. Independently responsible for your service station – you maintain an overview and ensure smooth operations
Preparing tables and mise en place – with attention to detail and an eye for the big picture
Presenting and explaining the food and beverage menu – competently and charmingly
Expert advice and active upselling – you know what delights our guests
Serving dishes with style and personality – you make the moment special
Fulfilling individual guest requests – flexible, attentive, and solution-oriented
Responsibility for a high level of service – professional, but never stiff
Close collaboration with the entire team – because good service is teamwork
Professional handling of guest feedback – openly, constructively, and confidently

Training in the hospitality industry and solid service experience – you manage your station with expertise and a comprehensive overview
